i am super excited about the new V tonight - all you young people probably dont even remember it but it was awesome... and you had to wait forever for that half alien baby to be born!

Wasn't this the series in which the Aliens couldn't go into the ocean because the saltwater was like acid to their bodys?

I was actually believing this until you got to the creatures. And I read that post from a few years ago

In the original V they were stealing all our water. Signs is the movie where water was acid to them.

Signs isn't the show I was refering to. There was a series, or movie in which the aliens couldn't go into the ocean or they would die. At the end of the show/movie, the alien (I think the good one) walks into the ocean and dies.

Yes with the spotted heads. That was Alien Nation and it was about 5-6 years after V
