Crash Course:
play detective use your equipment - voice recorders, cameras, video etc
If you have the lights on dont use the flash.. Flashes pick up dust and make orbs
If you do use flash dont look for faces in the orbs you get LOL
If you have someone using a voice recorder make sure people in other rooms arent talking loud.
No smoking
Its a lot of common sense. You dont have to have to try to speak to spirits or play with circles of candles or anything.
