I don't think I have to be at work until 5:00 that day, so I may be able to come. Of course, I have no idea where the place is, but google should be able to help with that.

Yeah, I've been living in Springfield for about 4 years and I'm just now beginning to remember street names and locations. I do know how to get downtown, and I know I've seen the place before, I just can't remember where.

It's at the corner of market and McDaniel. 1 block west of Campbell and 1 block south of College street. You can see it across the empty parking lot from campbell.

Go to mapquest and type in 305 S. Market Ave.

well, turns out that I'm an idiot. I was convinced that I had today off as a holiday, but luckily on Friday I overheard a co-worker talking about how it sucks that we had to work on New Year's Eve. So I checked the calendar and today was a normal work day for everyone. Which means that I was at work during the proposed lunch time.

Why I'm rambling on about this, I don't know. Even if I wasn't at work today I had plans to be elsewhere and would not have been able to attend lunch anyway. Guess what I should be saying instead is - glad Scott's home and I'm glad you guys had a nice lunch.
