kinda sad that at one time this was a place of busniess and was full of people and everything worked and im pretty sure the door was not rust covered

Ya but that's why I love what we do. Half the fun for me is the history of said places. Still searching for old photos all I know now is that it was built around 1909.

I thought the telling stations were pretty neat, mini safes at each one. The amount of documents left behind was also satisfactory. Cool that they had bank logs and old deposit slips laying around, as well as a check in for the main vault. IIRC last check in was 2000. I was also tempted to go through each safety deposit box, most of them just had tiny envelopes with the keys to the corresponding box.

Area has definately seen a decline since then. :|
More online investigation than onsite exploration these days.
