School in Vinita Park

Okay, there is an old school building, fairly large and 3-4 stories tall, in Vinita Park in the little neighborhood between North and South and Yeoman. Last summer, it was being used a police sub-station but I passed it last weekend and it no longer has the police sign and is now up for sale.

I was wondering if anyone had any info on it, or could tell me where to look for real estate listings on it. (I don't remember the listing company, but shouldn't it be in some kind of city database?) I would really appreciate it. The building seems like it could be really neat.
