You'll see in the google map picture train tracks that go on the south side of this place. If you go there, park along the tracks, or close by, and walk down the tracks towards it, there's no fence on the track side.

also important note. There is someone (probably a whole family) living on this property, maybe even full time. They are probably not bums either, they have electric and water and even a swimming pool.
