Rappelling???

Post by Scarried »

I am thinking of rappeling the elevator shaft or the holes of the missing pipes in falstaff. IS the idea ludicrous, dangerous, or a perfect UE outing, gimme some info.

Falstaff wouldn't be a place I'd rappel, but yes, I'd rappel in a building during UE.

Yeah, I'm confused. Why would you need to rappell in Falstaff? I don't remember anywhere you can't get to by walking. I've rappelled into places, though. It's fun.

Generally, you try to only rappel when there is no other reasonable way to reach some place. We rappel when we need to, I guess. Actually, White Rabbit and Redox rappel. I usually stay up top and make out with White Rabbit's girlfriend.

I'm accident prone enough just walking on solid ground....I would hate to think of what calamity would befall me if I tried rappelling. But if there's a rusty nail to be found, I'll probably find it and step on it!

So the i have decided that I love rappeling in buildings. I did it in falstaff and it was great. only problem was that i slammed into some of the elevator shaft walls. I think it had something to do with the rope being dynamic instead of static. Or me being a sucky rappeller. I think nextime i will do it on the outside of the buidling.
