RE: Documentary
For educational purposes, or recreational/monetary?
RE: Documentary
I kinda have a cool story of how i got into it. I used to be terrified of everything. Then after september 11 i joined the army. I was sent to iraq in the intial invasion. Well while in iraq I was stationed on iraq military bases.I was a helicopter mechanic with 101 airborne division. Well anyway, me and my friend got onto the bases and there are bunkers everywhere around us. Underground fortifications. So we get a flashlight and start looking through buildings. Checking for explosives and the such. Those bunkers made me fall in love with this. When I got out I moved to st louis and now i do it here.
I fall down sometimes
Re: Documentary
That's a cool story, scarried.
I don't know why I got into it. I've just always liked all things industrial, mechanical, always loved to explore and see what's in "the back room", "the basement" or whatever. Always loved local history. I could go on...

RE: Documentary
I plan on filming and photography. however i would rather not blur any faces like some people do because i am trying to make a legit documentary, on urban exploration.

RE: Documentary
What do you plan on doing with this film? I know there's a UE documentary coming out called "urban explorers: into the darkness" where people like Max Action and Slim Jim have their faces all over it, so it's really not that big of a deal I guess. I mean, I'm no Max Action or Slim Jim.

You might have to come up with a new name too. Memory Machine just doesn't sound like a film star. Maybe you could try Billy Badass, Johnny Law, Trevor Justice, I could keep going but you get the idea. lol
Re: Documentary
I'm going with Chad Ironstick.

Okay, so it's a photo essay. I re-read that part. I'm up for helping. God knows my huge ego needs stroking.
