Is this huge quarry abandoned, it looks like it is. Has anyone checked it out or know what it may be?

That place is close to (what appears to be) an abandoned plant of some sort near Crystal City that I want to check out. That quarry does look deserted. I noticed two vehicles near a building at the entrance though; that was the case with the plant I was looking at on Google Earth. But a place that big has many ways to get in fo sho.

That is the quarry that they are trying to reopen.

The plant in Crystal City is the old PPG glass plant. It is all razed except for the sand mines.
