GATEWAY
http://www.mohistory.org/content/Public ... lines.aspx
---
Gateway publishes articles on St. Louis’s and Missouri’s
cultural, social, and political issues, both historical
and contemporary. Submissions for full-length essays ideally
run 3,500 to 5,000 words (not including notes). Gateway also
publishes shorter essays, which run approximately 1,500 to
2,500 words. We are actively seeking topics within the areas
of preservation and architecture; folk culture and oral
history; music and theater traditions; civil rights and
African American history, as well as original poetry,
photography, and literature. We are also interested in essays
on individual Missourians and in the history of communities,
organizations, and movements in St. Louis. Pays roughly $400.

Willard, if you want to throw together something I'd be happy to edit for you.

I already have an article that I've been working on for a while, maybe I should step it up and finish it because $400 sounds pretty nice.
