Vacant hotel by airport

Ay mi gente, there is a hotel around the airport ive been eyeing for a bit, its been vacant ever since i moved out into stl about a year and a half ago. Scoped it out a bit, its got a big ass parking garage and looks like very little security. Havent seen an entrance id be willing to go through, i wouldnt wanna go snooping around if anyone is in there working on it anyway. Anyway, does anyone know just how long its been closed and what the plans are for it? Thanks homiez.
