Interesting.. I've seen quite a few equally tantalizing vessels in that area but having usually also observed human presence I've always assumed they're fairly well guarded. For a riverboat I don't think I'd take the chance, but if they had something like a WWII minesweeper then I'd be all over it.

I imagine they're scrapping it. Looks like the scrap yard just to the north on the aerials owns that spot.
More online investigation than onsite exploration these days.
