She's been exposed for nearly a year now. Water got a little bit higher in the summer for a bit, but you've been able to see her the whole time.

Saw that article too. Can't tell if that's land all the way out to it or timber trapped by the current.

But, I just checked the river gauge, it's too late to walk out to it. The river went up 5' from the recent storms and is projected to rise another 6.5' by Nov 2nd.

Hope one of you were able to check it out, I was too busy.

River gage is down about a foot now then when that article came out.
More online investigation than onsite exploration these days.
