So. Lever Soap. I hear this place is good for noobs. It's been a while since this thread declined, but if anyone has any warnings, entry tips, or other more up to date info to share I'd be much obliged. Or, if you wanna head down there sometime soon, let me know!

It's been a while since I was there. I parked in the nearby park and walked over. Super easy. Pretty big/sprawling place. Though totally gutted, it's worth a trip.

Wow, can't believe nothing's changed in three years. Wondering - did you need the cover of night or did you go during the day?

broad daylight, but I'd still recommend staying out of sight as much as possible just in case.

For anyone who comes across this like I did, you can no longer get in via a road or fence. PM me if you (still) can't spot a way in via Google Maps and I'll lend a hand.

I love this place! This place is what got me started in urban exploring. I took so many pictures. The basement in the business dept is creepy and goes pretty far. Its cold year round and the roof has breath taking views. Its located by a police station and small park up north if that helps. Google earth and maps is how i located it.

Well fuckity fuck fuck. I haven't found anything to confirm this, but this is off Pagedale's FB page. Looks like Lever's days are numbered. I am very, very sad about this. :(

I received this interesting bit of info today. I got another story yesterday but she had it wrong so I'm posting the correct story she just sent. Her stepdad worked there.

"He said the towers were to the left of the building. Not all the way to the left but on the left side. And I was mistaken about the story. The husband had snuck out of work to go to the bar and the wife was doing his job. The towers were about 8 stories tall and she was on the third floor. A huge hunk of powdered soap fell from the top and decapitated her."
