Main Street Sewers

Back from the turn of the century they built a storm drain sewer system that is of good size. Anyone ever seen these or know if there is any kind of access to any parts of this.

Here are some research pics. Looks like it would be pretty cool if still intact.

This was supposed to be at main st at O.K. Creek???? Any Idea's?

Yeah, I saw those pictures on the library's website once. I didn't think too much about it, though. Is it sanitary sewer or storm sewer?

I have seen one at Truman & Grand ave it goes from where the Highway wall is on the south side of truman rd. as far south as 18 th st we only went that far it kept going and was dry and passable not sure if it accessable now or not as far as OK creek goes it is still active and is a combo main I have all the prints on the sewers here in KC
