I found a homemade shotgun in Jordan Creek. It's still there near where the tunnels split in half a little past hells church. I think I showed it to Keetz once. It's quite interesting.

It's right after it splits for the third time, in the left tunnel I think. It's probably not there since the flood though. I'm sure it has floated away or something. Maybe Keetz remembers.

yah.it was in the left tunnel as you travel east on the second split

but .....i doubt it's there now

"hells church" is located on the right ledge as you travel east in second large room

I'm pretty sure the Hell's Church is located under the Paper Co. loading docks, across the street from Founder's Park.

WR and I found a manhole in the floor of the garage area that led down into Hell's Church the time we were in there (note: manhole now sealed) We thought we had really found something, until we looked down and saw an Underground Ozarks sticker

Went down there Sunday with my old Lady and found a recently occupied sleeping bag near what I think of as the bridge area. Too close to the water for me. If I were going to camp down there, I'd do it on the higher ground around Hell's Church.

WR found a perfectly intact photo album down there once, complete with someone's family photos. How that got in the tunnels, I'll never know.
