i think i am a little late on this topic... You could have just used that giant rock to block the hole we went down into. That would have sealed our fate. I think i would have pushed punctual through the tiny crack at the end of the tunnel to go and get help.

Just for the record, unless you really had to piss, there would have been no way for it to reach us. That tunnel was freaking long. Up hill, down hill, turns, tight squeezes where a sharp rock digs into you as you pass, etc.

ok i have 2 things to answer here, first off the idea 'lets put that rock infront of the hole' did cross our minds (like 3 times) and secondly, if someone would of pissed- you would of had to eventually crawl through it...

I would have came through last if i would have known. And despite that the hole was so small, the acoustics were very good and i heard most of the conversation, about 5 min before i came out of the hole. But, there were times when we were in the very back that we wouldn't have been able to hear a nuclear explosion.
