man I've been wanting some Long John Silvers but we never go there.

yeah the tour was slightly short, I mean you really didn't go back far, but for the average group of people for a tour such as this that seemed to be about as far back as you could go without maybe doing some crawling or something past the anti-climatic minature waterfall

It more satisfied my curiosity than anything

I don't even see why it was gated. We saw maybe 3 bats the entire trip....theres hundreds at Sequoita. The park board has their priorities really messed up.

I went on the tour today. I'm not gonna lie, it wasn't that impressive.

The tour guide asked some pretty redundant questions and then treated us like idiots if we didn't know. For example

-What does this look like *points to stick*
me: Umm...
-A TREE! DUH!

basically sums it up. It was fun though.

Yes the tour guides were a little odd but now none of us will ever look at a chicken nugget the same way again.

I've gotta admit, many people don't have respect and would go in there and carve their name everywhere and ruin the place. I just wish I had a special pass to go in when I wanted, but just me, no one else

I wasn't real impressed with the guides last year. One was talking about debris washing into the cave from an undetermined sinkhole somewhere downtown, pointing at a two by four that could have been in there since it was opened. Nevermind the more obvious candy bar wrapper a little bit further back.

This is exactly what I've been saying for years. I'm under the impression that the three bats are endangered, so I can kind of understand it, but it still makes no sense when you put it next to Sequiota.

yeah, the tour guide was cute and all, but come on, we're not 5

i did like some of the formations though

also, next time we do anything like this i vote that we, like, pm each other or something to let us all know what we will be wearing or whatever to distinguish us as associated with UO.....cause at first i only saw dawgchain and his lil clan and i was like "dammit, are they the ONLY ones that showed up" and not everyone has a big mouth like me to just blurt out to people "do we know you"
