Hey, does anyone know of any caves that are able to be rented, or on someone's property where the owner's are okay with people using it if you ask for permission?

I'm in an student organization at one of the colleges. We're wanting to do an event inside a cave, but I'm having a lot of issues finding one we could rent or get permission to use. While looking, I found this forum, and it seemed like a good place to ask.
