ok so it is empty but as good shape as it is does it still have heat and air??? what are the plans for it

Yep, it's still maintained and it's currently for sale. There was even a newspaper in the boiler room dated May 15th!

They keep a close watch on it. Luckily, I've kept a close watch myself...

No I think they were for documents and such, not necessarily guns.
