Sertile's Blog - Canoeing on a Frozen River

Post by Sertile »

The name says it all! I took a canoe trip with a friend of mine on the Sac River last week after the big ice storm. It was the same day we went to the Hydra-Slide. Long story short, we fell in. A good time was had by all!

Nice entry. I've done the same thing, down on the Buffalo, except I didn't try to go back up. You can imagine the icicles on the bluffs down there. Awesome. Oh, and no duck hunters. And we didn't fall out.

Thanks. BTW I've updated my blog again with an old farm/house/general store we explored here in Karlin, but I didn't feel like it was important enough to get its own thread. Read it anyway!

We should go this weekend.
What's the point of making a point if the point you are trying to make is pointless? Do you get my point?

Knock yourselves out! Unfortunately I won't be joining you. I don't even have power at the moment.
