Teens arrested climbing University Club Tower in St. Louis

I heard about a bunch of kids who were arrested at the Japanese Stroll Gardens after hours a while back, dressed as ninjas. I think they were in there practicing seppuku or something.

well, if you DO ask me i will tell you that WR DOES know his limits...hes not TOTALLY insane. he knows what he is capable of doing. its just so happens he is capable of doing a lot more than most people are! and im still trying to get used to that But i completely trust his judgement. And honestly if i didnt care about him so much i wouldnt worry like i do cause i know he can do damn near anything

One would think they would have to have been lead climbing inorder to do somthing like that. But if you look at the pictures it looks like they are both at the some level with a rope running up. It would be interesting to see what their plan was and what they did.
