Never really said "hello"

I hate registering on a new site that seems to have some sense of community without introducing myself, so..

I stumbled across this site looking for abandoned areas, and wondered where it had been when I was a teenager... I couldn't drive by an abandon area without going in and looking around, making mental note to come back, or just say, "man, that would be sweet to explore!"

Anyway, I'm 30 years old and have lived in the KC area most of my life. I grew up in Blue Springs, and over the years have trambled over almost ever secluded spot in a 50 mile radius... or so I thought.

I'm going to search my memory for some of the spots we've explored over the years and will post them as I remember them. Again, great site, and hope to get together with some folks here in the future.

I think I was looking at some site trying to find coordinates for some of the old missile silos near Roswell
NM. Somewhere I saw a link to here which sounded more like a caving website. Back a few years ago I would be underground just about every weekend in some of Missouri's longest caves.
My body decided to expand and kept trying to tell me your not 20 anymore,,,,,,, so I took a break from it to give my back a rest.
Oh and I'm bad about not checking private messages
