Hmm... The boat doesn't work, and I think the owners died... I don't know the address, but it's at Lake of the Ozarks. What do you mean it doesn't work? It's a boat. Does it have a hole in it? As long as I can patch it and make it float then it works.

The back appears to be torn up. The house is located in a small community near MM 83 called Woodland Shores. Feel free to find the house on Google Maps.
